Glitchfy Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Glitchfy, we provide digital services and software products including SaaS platforms such as Buglytics. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Because our services are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are handled under the conditions described below.


2. Subscription Services

Glitchfy offers monthly and annual subscription plans for access to its software and services.

Once a subscription is activated:

  • You gain immediate access to the platform

  • Resources are allocated to your account

  • Usage tracking and analytics begin

For this reason, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.


3. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

  • You will not be charged until the trial ends

  • You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges

Once a paid subscription begins, it becomes non-refundable.


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us.

After cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access until the end of your billing period

  • No further charges will be made

  • Past payments will not be refunded


5. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • You were charged due to a technical billing error

  • You were charged after successfully cancelling

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes
